  Tonya worked with me for several weeks and really helped me to organize my life during a time of transition. She also helped me set present and future goals which I had never really done before. Tonya worked with me step by step, making the process so much easier than it would have been if I was trying to do it by myself. I would highly recommend anyone to see Tonya. She is sweet, realiable and knowledgeable on so many topics!
  I think coaching has a lot more to offer people than most of us realize. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try it and work with Tonya!
