  First time here for passport service and will be the last time.
  Don’t bother going to this place. They are rude unprofessional and discriminated.
  On May 23rd I had an appointment at this location and they kept taking people without order. Some people were a walk ins and they were being called before the ones that have set appointments weeks ago.
  I had an appointment set for 3:00pm and waited till I noticed that some people that walked in after me were being called...
  When I went back to front desk i was told that if i want to be serviced I have to wait and that I’m not allowed to complain since this is a government place and if I do then they would call the police on me.
  Im uploading a picture of my appointment and also what time they made the transaction on the receipt.
  FYI it only takes about 15 minutes to get the application done.
  The manager of that place is the first who should be fired especially since she favors people without appointments.

  Extremely poor and rude service. Especially in passport office. They would literally be shouting on people and making their own rules. Would not recommend this place for any passport needs or otherwise.
