  After being ran over on a motorcycle by a careless 17 year old, I thought, "this is a cut and dry case and I will get full cooperation from the liable parties' insurance." That was a time I thought I can negotiate with them and not have to pay a lawyers fee, so proceeded to keep records and thought I can wrap this up and have all medical bills covered plus compensation for pain and suffering. That was a huge mistake. The liable insurance does not have your best interest in mind whatsoever. Bills were pouring in from every direction and to my surprise every penny is on the victim until settlement. The emotional trauma of the accident, and the physical nightmare of wounds and treatment quickly pushed me into a dark mental state with no answers to thousands of questions. Laws are much too complicated for an everyday person to have any grasp as to your rights as a victim.. After two months of nightmare situations, I went on the internet to see how to evaluate what I was legal entitled to receive. I filled out a questionnaire and the very next morning Jeff of Warren & Kallianos called me and explained the entire situation I was about to get into without legal representation.. I was then contacted by Chris and he explained to me what needed to begin immediately to make sure I would receive everything I was due under the law. A huge weight of emotional trauma was lifted off of me when I knew someone would have my back through it all. Chris worked tirelessly fighting for me and always kept me up to date as we made progress. Many times during the process I had improper billing, double billing, collections calls, payments made without being shown on my accounts and many other terrifying financial situations, not to mention months of wound treatment and physical therapy. Every time I called Chris, he or his staff immediately responded and had the billing department fix their errors. Chris and staff were always calming and assuring that they were with me 100% of the way. Keeping records of bills paid, outstanding bills and making sure all bases were covered and I was protected, Tiffany was instant to respond and contacted the hospital, insurance and all entities seeking payment. Chris fought hard against arbitrators offering minimal payments and compensation and stayed strong demanding maximum for me.
  In conclusion, avoid accidents obviously, but many times you have no control of recklessness from any other, inexperienced, texting or drinking driver and your world can be destroyed in a second. Do not face that nightmare alone, it is impossible. Chris and Tiffany have been absolutely amazing, thoughtful, caring and always fighting for my best interest and outcome. My appreciation of Chris and this firm will never be understood unless a horrific nightmare strikes you and you have someone completely in your corner with you. I owe these fine people so much for getting me back to retirement, all bills covered and able to care for my daughter.
