  Front desk nurse was so rude the other day at my appointment. I've been going there for 5 years and they've always been rude. The other day she made me feel like I was an idiot. I've officially switched doctors. I recommend looking for a nicer doctor with nicer nurses. Dr. McDonald has been rude in the past too.
