  After trying to numb a molar 3 times and determining that I needed a root canal on the tooth, Dr. Savitsky sent me to an specialist. As soon as the specialist tested my tooth, he said it was just fine. His office called her and I called her. Neither of us received a response. Mistakes happen but blatantly ignoring patients, due to what I can only assume is embarrassment, isn't alright at all.
  
  After a few more attempts at making another appointment with Savitsky's office, I gave up and decided to try John Selden - he was amazing! And guess what? He numbed that very same tooth in one effortless try.
