  Horrible experience - they put car tires on my van last year which lasted 1/5th of their advertised life - they not only won't honor, but they refuse to acknowledge the very existence of the treadware warranty found on Walmart's website.
  
  They gave me a runaround yesterday and convinced me to return today for yet another runaround with numerous people. Ultimately they proposed a tiny discount on 60,000 mile tires that only lasted 12,000 miles despite my full compliance with Walmart's written policies.
  
  Details: Today the manager told me I didn't meet the requirements because my van hadn't been aligned, but after I showed him the receipt for the alignment he disappeared for over and hour and forced me to deal with 4 or 5 rotating employees.
  One of them eventually told me they would honor the warranty yet wouldn't provide me the prorated credit amount until after they replaced the tires since "the system wouldnt let them" until work was complete.
  As the math on Walmart's warranty is simple, I refused to turn over my keys without a price and had to wait another 20 mins to learn I would only be credited $11 on two $83 tires. (They are advertised for $80)
  Additionally, they were going to install the exact same type of tires despite acknowledging that the tires aren't suitable for my vehicle.
  
  For at least a dozen years this was my go to place for tires, batteries and oil changes, but they're now untrustworthy and dishonest.
  
  Even a disreputable bait & switch shop knows what their written policies are. These guys refuse to admit that they have a very simple mileage warranty despite repeatedly being shown the one posted on their website.

  Do not go here, ordered tires online and wanted to get them put on where I ordered them. After dealing with the rude girl at the desk we walk across the store and a friend associate helped us bring the tires back. I pull my car around to get checked in, sit in my car and wait for about five minutes then figured I might as well get out of my car maybe they didn't see me, FOUR associates walk past me, make eye contact and don't ask if I've been helped, or checked in, just stare and walk away. After about twenty minutes I walk back to the store and when I inform the department manager that I've been waiting and haven't received any help does literally nothing to change the situation, so my partner and I take our own tires to my car and take them elsewhere to get installed. Oh and the worst part would probably be after we told the department manager we would just take the tires with us he asked us to bring him a burger back, extremely professional! Worst customer service ever!!!
